How long does shipping take?

Shipping timelines vary by product type:

• Print-on-Demand Apparel: Each piece is made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for production, plus 3–7 business days for shipping. Total estimated delivery: 8–14 business days from order date.
• Digital Downloads: Delivered instantly. You'll receive a download link via email immediately after your payment is confirmed — no waiting required.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide on apparel orders. International delivery times may vary by destination and are in addition to production time. Import duties and taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy for apparel?

Because our apparel is printed on demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing errors. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will make it right — either with a replacement or a full refund.

Can I return or get a refund on a digital download?

Due to the nature of digital goods, all digital download sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue accessing your file, reach out and we'll resolve it promptly.

How do I contact you about an order issue?

Sizing & Fit

How do I find the right size?

Each apparel product page includes a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the size chart before ordering, as our print-on-demand pieces are made to order and cannot be exchanged for sizing.

Do your garments run true to size?

Fit can vary slightly by style and blank garment brand. Check the individual product page for notes on fit — we'll always flag if a style runs large, small, or has a relaxed vs. fitted cut.

What if I'm between sizes?

When in doubt, size up. Our garments are designed with a premium, intentional fit — a slightly larger size will drape better than one that's too snug.

Digital Downloads

How do I access my digital download after purchase?

After your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email with a secure download link. You can also access your files anytime by logging into your account and visiting your order history.

How many times can I download my file?

Download links are active for a limited number of uses and a set time window. If your link expires or you have trouble accessing your file, contact us and we'll reissue it.

What file formats are included?

File formats vary by product and are listed on each product page. Common formats include MP3, WAV, PDF, and high-resolution image files. Check the product description for specifics before purchasing.
